Every flower arrangement and gift we offer to your loved ones is guaranteed to meet your satisfaction standards, because your happiness is our first priority!
Contact Lebami Customer Care Center within 48 hours after delivery for any problems you may be having with your order, and we’ll provide you with several options. For us to fully comprehend the problem and identify the appropriate course of action, our staff may ask you to submit a photo of the things you got. On-time delivery of your order is our promise! Please get in touch with Lebami customer support if your order is delayed by more than four hours after the conclusion of your timeslot, and they will help you as needed. If orders are delayed due to circumstances beyond our control, this policy will not apply.
Lebami will not be liable for any refunds or damages resulting from delays or deliveries to the wrong person or address if you submitted inaccurate recipient information. Lebami disclaims any liability in the event that the receiver declines to accept a gift or arrangement.
Refunds from banks will only be processed using the credit or debit cards that were originally used to make the purchase using the Lebami Platforms online payment gateway. We’ll try our best to handle your refund as soon as possible. Lebami, however, is powerless to control this when the bank is involved.
Cancellation policy
As soon as we hear from you, our staff gets to work organizing and preparing the finest flowers and gifts for you. Our nationwide network and the fact that we begin preparing for your order as soon as we receive it to ensure that it is delivered on time make it sometimes very difficult to complete cancellation requests. As a result, it can be very challenging to halt or cancel a delivery attempt or an order that has already been placed for orders that are already being prepared.
Due to their preparation more than 24 hours prior to the time slot, all edible and brand items are excluded.
Order cancellation by Lebami
There are very unusual situations in which Lebami could have to cancel your order. In this scenario, Lebami may decide to grant you a complete bank or credit return.
In rare instances where the product is unavailable or we are unable to process your order for any other reason and are unable to locate you a suitable replacement after contacting you, these cases may include our inability to confirm or deliver your order, the recipient’s address being outside of our delivery zone, or any combination of these.
If we have finished preparing your order and we are unable to get it to you or the recipient in a timely way, we will be sorry to cancel it with no return.
Return policy
Please get in touch with our customer service staff through one of our platforms if you’re unhappy with the quality of our products and want to return the delivered things. A pick-up appointment must be set up within 48 hours of delivery.
Lebami’s return policy will comply with local laws and provide you up to 48 hours, depending on the country where the products were supposed to be delivered.
Before accepting any items, please ensure they are undamaged, sealed, and still have their original tags. While exchanges are not presently available, we do accept returns for qualified products that are damaged upon arrival and will reimburse the full amount of the purchase price.After Lebami receives the request and checks the quality of the product to be returned, you will receive an email confirming if your return request was approved and how long it will take to receive the refund.
